Taylow FawksI started at Personalized Communications as an operator to gain some additional experience in the workforce (when I started in 2009 at the age of 19 this was only my second job!).

I’ve been an operator, dispatcher, supervisor, and currently am in the IT/Customer Service department. My position has allowed me to further my knowledge of various reporting and customer service techniques by attending training classes that helped hone my skills. I cherish the relationships I’ve built with my clients and coworkers. Per-Com really feels like home.

I really love people and meet a lot through my hobbies of bowling and shuffleboard.  Supporting our veterans is a cause near and dear to my heart and I do so whenever I can by donating my time or money to different causes through the American Legion post in our area.
